AI Systems — Licensing

License the systems
that do the work.

The analytical platforms behind our published work are available for license to qualified firms that want them inside their own walls. License the engine, train your team to operate it, retain analyst-on-call for the questions the system can't answer alone.

The Four Named AI Tools

In-house at Monadnock Cyber. Each in production behind a real customer-facing service. Each available for in-house deployment under license.

Autonomous Defense

Beadwindow®

Autonomous AI-driven SIEM. Dual-AI threat validation, sub-2-second response, continuous autonomous operation across security event streams, FIPS-grade encryption, native Office 365 integration. Built by Monadnock Cyber, LLC. Available under license to non-Government customers via Monadnock Cyber; US Government and Defense customers engage through the sales-focused joint venture with Stone Street Technologies at beadwindow.ai, anchored on automated CMMC compliance.

Privacy & Defensive Intelligence — Level 1

Gingerbread Privacy

Direct-to-individual digital privacy and exposure-intelligence product. Free Snapshot, paid Snapshot ($295), Executive Intelligence Report ($1,500), and Continuous monitoring ($2,500) tiers. Built for executives, principals, family offices, athletes, and public figures who need to see what's exposed about them and their families before a hostile party does. Operated as a direct-to-consumer product at gingerbreadprivacy.com; powered by the same engine that scales up to COBALT.

Privacy & Defensive Intelligence — Level 2

COBALT

The enterprise tier of the Gingerbread engine. Primary-source dark-web intelligence at enterprise scale: 1M+ primary sources, the 24 Priority Intel Requirements answered against the subject's footprint, senior-analyst briefing on file. Suitable for executive protection firms, organizational risk programs, M&A diligence shops, and legal/compliance teams running open-source investigations beyond what Gingerbread Privacy's retail tiers reach.

Cyber Sales Intelligence

SIGNAL

Sales intelligence platform for cybersecurity sales teams. Account-level intent and trigger signals, prospect identification, tool-stack and exposure telemetry, decision-maker mapping — all cyber-vertical-specific, not generic firmographic data. Suitable for in-house deployment by cyber vendors, MSSPs, and channel partners running cyber-vertical sales motions.

Other licensable analytical engines

Production tooling that supports our published work. Available for license alongside or instead of the named tools.

Real Estate

Valuation Ensemble (PIR engine)

The multi-method AVM ensemble behind the Property Intelligence Report and the Hotsheet's mispricing leaderboard. Sales-comparison Per-SqFt, Sales-comparison Median Sale, assessment-calibrated equalization, and equity-cost overlay — each running only when its inputs support it, declining transparently when they don't. Suitable for firms running portfolio-level valuation, mispricing surveillance, or a Reports business of their own.

Editorial

Publishing Pipeline

The editorial pipeline that produces The Monadnock Cyber | Hotsheet Weekly — analyst review, fact-and-claim verification, and structured publishing to subscriber channels. Suitable for analysis firms running their own subscription publication.

How licensing works

Scoping conversation

One conversation at no charge. We confirm the system fits the work, the deployment shape (managed, hybrid, or in-house), the data dependencies, the team that will operate it, and the use case under license.

Licensing structure

Licenses are annual, fixed-fee, with a use-case definition that names the firm and the line of work the system supports. Renewable. Includes ongoing system updates, training, and a defined level of analyst-on-call support.

Deployment

Three deployment options — fully managed (we host and operate), hybrid (you host, we operate), or in-house (you host and operate, we train and support). Each system is available in any of the three modes; the right mode depends on the team's existing capacity and the data-residency requirements of the use case.

Restrictions

Licensed systems are use-case-bound. We do not license to firms whose use of the system would conflict with our own customer commitments or with our defensive-only posture on cyber tooling. Specific restrictions are in the license itself; the scoping conversation surfaces them up front.

Inquire

Send a scoping inquiry through the firm's intake form. We schedule scoping conversations within one business day.
