In cyber security, here's what we know: your privacy is at risk. Across breach corpora, broker registries, dark-web indexes, and social-media surfaces, the information findable about you and your family grows every week. The people who would use it against you are paying attention. That's why we built Gingerbread Privacy (direct to the individual) and COBALT (for the enterprise that needs the deeper look).

Method
Open-source first. We build for explainability — every number on a page traces back to its inputs, every model can be audited, every prediction is logged so it can be checked against the outcome. Analyses we publish carry our reasoning in the document, not behind it.
The four named tools are the operational backbone of the analysis work. SIGNAL is the sales-intelligence platform for cybersecurity sales teams — vertical-specific account signal that doesn't compete with generic firmographic feeds. Beadwindow® is the autonomous AI-driven SIEM (US Government and Defense distribution through a sales-focused JV with Stone Street Technologies, anchored on automated CMMC compliance). Each available under license; each can also be engaged as a managed service.
The principal
Jeffery Stutzman is the founder and principal of Monadnock Cyber, LLC. Background in cyber-threat intelligence, intelligence-community methodology, and applied analytics; current focus on real-estate markets in the Northeast and on cyber-security intelligence for organizations and individuals. Based in Amherst, New Hampshire.
Family of operations
Three sibling businesses are related to Monadnock Cyber but are legally and operationally distinct.
- Monadnock Cyber Real Estate, LLC — a New Hampshire real estate sales organization operating under eXp Realty (the brokerage of record). Separate legal entity. Where one of the firms that licenses our intelligence outputs is also a working sales practice representing buyers and sellers under state licensure through the eXp affiliation.
- Guerrilla Marketeer — a marketing operations platform that distributes our analysis into the markets that need it. Internal product; partner inquiries by request.
- Whispers — the open-source-intelligence collection layer that feeds our analytical work. Internal infrastructure; not customer-facing.
Verifiable accuracy
Forecasts we publish are logged. Outcomes are logged. Where we are right, we publish the receipt. Where we are wrong, we publish the correction. The track record is what subscribers pay for at the institutional tier; the discipline of keeping it is what defends the work at every tier.
The firm's verifiable-accuracy ledger is in production. Issues of Monday's Hotsheet from 2026-W19 forward are logged against outcomes; the public-facing scorecard ships when twelve months of receipts are on file.
