Entity

Monadnock Cyber, LLC is a New Hampshire limited liability company doing business at Amherst, New Hampshire. References on this site to "Monadnock Cyber," "the firm," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Monadnock Cyber, LLC unless context clearly indicates a different referent.

Sibling-entity clarification

Monadnock Cyber Real Estate, LLC is a separate New Hampshire limited liability company. It is a real estate sales organization operating under eXp Realty, which is the brokerage of record. Real estate brokerage functions — agent supervision, MLS participation, IDX display, listing services, escrow handling, and similar regulated brokerage activity — are performed by eXp Realty under its state licensure. Monadnock Cyber Real Estate, LLC operates as a branded sales practice within that brokerage affiliation under New Hampshire and Massachusetts real estate licensure. Monadnock Cyber, LLC — the intelligence firm operating this site — is a wholly distinct entity from both eXp Realty and Monadnock Cyber Real Estate, LLC, and does not perform any brokerage or sales-organization functions.

Intelligence products on this site — Property Intelligence Reports, Monday's Hotsheet, on-demand engagements, AI systems licensing — are produced and delivered by Monadnock Cyber, LLC. They are intelligence and research products. They are not brokerage services, not appraisals as defined under USPAP, and not legal, tax, or investment advice.

Guerrilla Marketeer is an internal marketing operations platform used by Monadnock Cyber, LLC. It is not a separately offered service.

Whispers is the open-source intelligence collection layer used internally to support our analytical work. It is not customer-facing and is not separately offered.

Joint ventures

Beadwindow® is an autonomous AI-driven security information and event management (SIEM) product built by Monadnock Cyber, LLC. Monadnock Cyber, LLC and Stone Street Technologies have formed a sales-focused joint venture that distributes Beadwindow into the United States Government and Defense market, anchored on automated Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance built on the Beadwindow platform. Engagements with the joint venture for US Government and Defense customers are governed by joint-venture agreements between the parties; engagements with Monadnock Cyber, LLC for non-Government / non-Defense Beadwindow licensing are governed by Monadnock Cyber's standard licensing terms. The Beadwindow product itself is presented at beadwindow.ai.

AI-assisted preparation

Analytical work delivered by Monadnock Cyber, LLC is prepared with the assistance of AI systems built and operated by the firm. Final review, judgment, and authorship are the responsibility of a human analyst. Where a deliverable would not have been possible without an AI system having performed identifiable analytical work, that fact is disclosed on the deliverable itself. The use of AI does not relieve us of accountability for the analysis we sign.

Methodology

Where we publish analytical conclusions — particularly valuation ranges, mispricing rankings, and forecasts — we describe the method that produced them and the inputs the method consumed. Each model that runs shows its inputs and its math; each model that declines shows the reason. We do not invent inputs we do not have.

Sources are confidential at the supplier level. We document the analytical chain of reasoning openly to subscribers, licensees, and engaging parties. We do not name the data partners, services, or feeds that compose the chain. This is consistent with industry-standard intelligence-firm practice and with our supplier agreements.

Forecasts and accuracy

Forecasts published in Monday's Hotsheet and in our other publications are predictions based on present information. They are not guarantees. Forecasts are logged in a verifiable-accuracy ledger; outcomes are logged when they materialize; the gap is published. Subscribers at the institutional tier receive direct access to the ledger and to per-subscriber attribution scorecards. Subscribers at the individual tier receive a published summary on a quarterly cadence.

Cyber-engagement scope and posture

The firm's cyber-intelligence work is exclusively defensive. We do not run offensive operations, do not perform unauthorized access, and do not sell tools or services designed primarily to compromise systems, networks, or accounts not authorized for our examination. Subject-monitoring engagements (SIGNAL, COBALT) accept work only where the subject is the engaging party, an authorized agent of the engaging party, or a target of authorized due diligence. We decline engagements that would constitute surveillance, harassment, or stalking under applicable law.

Privacy

We collect the information necessary to deliver the products you order and to operate the firm. Email addresses you provide for subscriptions are used to deliver the publication and related communications; you can unsubscribe at any time from any subscription email, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 24 hours of receipt. Information you provide in an engagement scoping conversation is used to scope the engagement and is held in confidence consistent with our engagement-letter terms once an engagement letter is signed.

We do not sell, rent, or trade subscriber email addresses. We do not embed third-party advertising trackers on this site. Operational analytics on this site are limited to first-party page-view counting and product-conversion measurement; raw analytics data is not sold or licensed to third parties.
